Jade Cargill is now officially with WWE. The speculations ran wild since Cargill lost her TBS Championship to Kris Statlander. The performer started with AEW in 2020, and had an excellent run with the company.
She had the longest TBS title reign, with the time heading to 508-days as champion. The grapevine had inputs that Jade is headed to the WWE, but there was no stamp of approval until today.
ESPN broke the story today, and some time later, WWE took it to their social media channels to confirm the news. WWE has seen two AEW talents cross ships, with Cody Rhodes being the first male, and Jade Cargill being the first female to leave the Jacksonville based wrestling business.
There is no word on whether Jade will be headed to the main roster or will she be a part of NXT before making her way up to be a part of the big charters.
Triple H took to X and congratulated Jade Cargill on making the move. He lauded the performer, and praised her excellent skills.
