WWE’s next Premium Live Event known as SummerSlam is set to take place on Saturday, August 5th inside Ford Field in Detroit, Michigan and the company is looking to stack the card from top to bottom, with reigning Undisputed WWE Universal Champion “The Tribal Chief” Roman Reigns putting his Undisputed WWE Universal Title on the line against Jey Uso in a Tribal Combat Match as the main event.
The company has already confirmed several matches for next month’s WWE SummerSlam Event such as Brock Lesnar taking on “The American Nightmare” Cody Rhodes in Singles action, Ronda Rousey battling Shayna Baszler in a Women’s Division Singles Match and WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth “Freakin” Rollins defending his WWE World Heavyweight Title against Finn Balor. Prior to WWE SmackDown going on the air this past Friday night, WWE confirmed another championship match for SummerSlam and that matchup will see WWE Women’s Champion Asuka defend her WWE Women’s Title against Bianca Belair and Charlotte Flair in a Women’s Division Triple Threat Match.
