WWE NXT Star Nikkita Lyons, who took part in a tryout with the promotion in the summer of 2021 in Las Vegas and who was signed by the promotion shortly following the tryouts, took to Twitter and revealed that she has suffered a torn ACL and a Meniscus and will be out of action for a number of months. The WWE NXT Star also thanked the WWE Universe for consistently showing her love and genuine support each week and noted she will always stay positive as this is just another lesson life needed to teach.
Last Tuesday night’s WWE NXT saw the company shoot an angle, where a mystery person attacked Lyons in the parking lot at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida to write her off of TV while she is recovering from her injuries. Nikkita made her NXT debut in December 2021 after training under Selina Majors in 2018 and she would even compete under the in-ring name “Faith The Lioness” in the promotion Women of Wrestling before signing with the WWE.
