WWE Starting A Couple’s Feud On SmackDown

It appears that a real-life WWE couple’s relationship will be reflected on Friday Night SmackDown.

Last week, as many of you observed, Emma was seen asking Shotzi whether she had seen Madcap Moss. Fans were left wondering if this was the beginning of a romantic plot. Moss and Emma are real-life partners.

On tonight’s episode, they broadcast a backstage piece in which Emma gave Moss advice for his fight against Karrion Kross. Moss was defeated in the bout and then assaulted after the bell rung. After the post-match attack, Emma dashed out to check on Moss.

The storyline seems to be far from over as Madcap Moss and Emma vs Karrion Kross and Scarlett seem to be an excellent filler feud until Kross is back in the main event storyline. He could also go one on one with Moss to determine who would win the opportunity to challenge Roman Reigns for the titles.

While that seems a bit far-fetched, a case can be made that WWE is all in to make Kross relevant on the card without making the other one look weak. Moss seems to be an excellent opponent for Kross who is also worthy of a shot at the titles.
