WWE Still Has Plans For An Injured Superstar To Return

Top WWE Superstar “The Celtic Warrior” Sheamus, who has had one hell of a career in the company as he has won multiple championship titles as well as the 30-Man Royal Rumble Match and a Money In The Bank Ladder Match, has been out of in-ring action since the August 18th episode of SmackDown, when he lost a Singles Match to WWE Hall of Famer Edge and suffered a shoulder injury.

Bryan Alvarez noted on a recent edition of the Wrestling Observer Radio Program that WWE teased Butch getting some backup after The Brawling Brutes member was brutally attacked by Pretty Deadly this past Friday night on SmackDown and was left on his own by Ridge Holland the week prior. It was also stated on the report that “The Celtic Warrior” Sheamus would be returning as that backup since it would make more sense for The Celtic Warrior to return rather than Holland. Dave Meltzer then noted that Sheamus is supposed to be back in WWE real soon.

Sheamus has been paired with Butch and Ridge Holland as part of The Brawling Brutes over the past few months prior to his injury and he even faced top WWE Superstars Drew McIntyre and GUNTHER as of late.
