WWE Superstar Cody Rhodes Looks In Great Shape Ahead Of Return

Cody Rhodes is on his way back to WWE TV, and he appears to be in better shape than ever. Days before his Hell in a Cell match with Seth Rollins on June 5, the former AEW star tore his right pectoral muscle completely off the bone.

Despite having to undergo surgery and extensive rehabilitation, reports and recent photos of Rhodes suggest that he’s in the best shape of his life. Many WWE TV fans anticipate Cody Rhodes’ return, possibly at the Royal Rumble Premium Live Event on January 28.

In that regard, Dave Meltzer reported in the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter that Rhodes is essentially training normally, adding that he’s gained a lot of muscle. It appears that things are going as per the plan for The American Nightmare.

Cody Rhodes’ recovery is going well. He’s been working heavily with top-level trainers to put on size and strength and hit 240 pounds legit, which may be the thickest he’s been in his life. He’s back to normal when it comes to his ability to train.

So, with Meltzer claiming that Rhodes is in the best shape of his life right now, fans are even more eager to see the 37-year-old return to the big screen. Some recent photos of the WWE Superstar have emerged online, lending credence to reports that Rhodes is in the best shape of his life. As you can see in the image below, taken from Twitter, Rhodes is in great shape right now, visibly bigger and more jacked than he was before his injury in June.
