WWE WrestleMania Headed To Nashville In 2027 If New Stadium Is Built

According to The Tennessean’s Mike Organ, WWE’s WrestleMania will be heading to the city of Nashville in 2027 if a major condition is met and that is if the proposed $2.1 billion stadium will be built in time for The Grandest Stage Of Them All, but in order for this to actually become a reality, the city of Nashville’s Metro Council needs to vote on this for the proposed project to be funded.

It was also mentioned on the report that Butch Spyridon, CEO of the Nashville Convention and Visitors Corp., spoke with WWE about Nashville hosting WrestleMania and talks heightened when the city’s Mayor John Cooper and the Tennessee Titans came up with a draft for the proposed stadium. Spyridon said WWE WrestleMania is considered the number 6 top sports event brand in the world and they are grateful for the confidence and belief the company has in Nashville. Spyridon also said WrestleMania is the number 1 most followed sports brand on social media.

WWE WrestleMania 39 in 2024 is set to take place from inside SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, California, while WWE WrestleMania 40 in 2025 will take place inside the Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
