8-Man Tag Team Match Announced For AEW Fyter Fest PPV

It was recently announced by All Elite Wrestling that on Wednesday, July 1st and July 8th at the company’s Fyter Fest PPV FTR (Cash Wheeler and Dax Harwood) will team up with The Young Bucks (Matt Jackson and Nick Jackson) to battle The Butcher, The Blade, Pentagon Jr. and Rey Fenix in an 8-Man Tag Team Match.

The match was made when The Blade issued the challenge to FTR after they picked up a huge win over SCU (Christopher Daniels and Frankie Kazarian) during last night’s episode of AEW Dynamite.

As soon as FTR accepted the challenge to the match, Pentagon Jr. and Rey Fenix made their way out to the ring and attacked FTR. The Young Bucks then made their way out to chase Pentagon Jr. and Rey Fenix away. Pentagon Jr. made his long-awaited return to AEW TV during last night’s episode of Dynamite after being held up in Mexico for months due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
