AEW Files To Trademark MJF’s New Faction “The Pinnacle”

Last March 16th, AEW filed to trademark MJF’s new faction known as “The Pinnacle” with the USPTO (the United States Patent and Trademark Office). As previously reported, MJF has recently been involved in a feud with Chris Jericho as he first joined Jericho’s Inner Circle group, but was then kicked out of the group as his sole purpose was to destroy them from within and eventually replace Chris Jericho as the leader.

After MJF was kicked out of Jericho’s Inner Circle, he created his own group called The Pinnacle. The Pinnacle consists of MJF, Tully Blanchard, FTR, Wardlow and Shawn Spears.

Below is the use description AEW submitted to the USPTO:

“International Class 041: Providing a website featuring entertainment information in the fields of wrestling; Providing an Internet website portal featuring entertainment news and information specifically in the field of wrestling; Entertainment in the nature of wrestling contests; Entertainment services, namely, live appearances by a group or individual wrestlers; Entertainment services, namely, televised appearances by a group or individual wrestlers; Providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network”

“Intent to Use: The applicant has a bona fide intention, and is entitled, to use the mark in commerce on or in connection with the identified goods/services.”
