AEW Reveals Name And Matches For First Non-Televised Event

As previously reported, it was recently announced by AEW that the company will be having its first-ever non-televised show on Friday, April 9th from Daily’s Place in Jacksonville, Florida, with a live Dynamite episode on Wednesday, prior to the event, which is on April 7th.

All Elite Wrestling recently announced that the event will be called “The House Always Wins” and that a number of matches will be taking place on the show, including Mike and Matt Sydal taking on Michael Nakazawa and AEW World Champion Kenny Omega in the main event. AEW TNT Champion Darby Allin will also be defending his title against an opponent yet to be named.

AEW also mentioned that several more matches will be revealed soon, but the following matches are the ones that have been announced to take place on the show so far:

  • AEW World Champion Kenny Omega and Michael Nakazawa vs. Mike Sydal and Matt Sydal
  • AEW World Tag Team Champions The Young Bucks and Brandon Cutler vs. PAC, Rey Fenix and Penta El Zero M
  • Cody Rhodes vs. Ethan Page
  • TNT Champion Darby Allin vs. an opponent yet to be named
  • We will also see Dr. Britt Baker, Jade Cargill, Orange Cassidy, and The Pinnacle (MJF, FTR, and Shawn Spears) in action, plus many others

Fans can purchase tickets for both shows for $40 (plus fees) or just $20 per show, which went on sale this past Friday at 9AM ET, or by calling 904-633-2000 or emailing Ticketing@BoldEventsJax.com. Also, individual tickets for each show will go on sale later today at 10AM ET via Ticketmaster.
