AEW Star Max Caster Files For A New Trademark

This past July 19th, AEW Star Max Caster filed to trademark the “Best Wrestler Alive” phrase with the USPTO (United States Patent and Trademark Office) for entertainment services. Max Caster, who is one-half of the Acclaimed, did the trademark filing through Attorney Michael E. Dockins, who has helped a number of AEW talents file their trademarks in the past as well.

Ever since The Acclaimed (Anthony Bowens and Max Caster) arrived in AEW, they have really made a name for themselves and they have been working themselves up the proverbial ladder in the tag division and was even signed by AEW President Tony Khan after proving themselves week in and week out on AEW Dark.

Max Caster has used the “Best Wrestler Alive” phrase on AEW programming on numerous occasions.

Below is the use description submitted to the USPTO:

“Entertainment in the nature of wrestling contests; Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer; Entertainment services, namely, live appearances by a professional wrestler and sports entertainer; Entertainment services, namely, personal appearances by a professional wrestler and sports entertainment personality; Entertainment services, namely, televised appearances by a professional wrestler and sports entertainment personality; Providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network; Providing online interviews featuring a professional wrestling and sports entertainment personality in the field of professional wrestling and sports entertainment for entertainment purposes.”
