AEW World Title Match Announced For Full Gear

It was recently announced that AEW World Champion Chris Jericho will be defending his AEW World Title against Cody Rhodes at November’s AEW Full Gear PPV Event. This AEW World Title Match was first revealed by Sports Illustrated, then confirmed by AEW President and CEO Tony Khan.

This marks Jericho’s second AEW World Title defense as it was previously announced that he will be having his first-ever AEW World Title defense on Wednesday, October 16th, which is AEW’s third show on TNT against an opponent that has yet to be named.

This past Saturday night’s AEW All Out PPV Event saw Chris Jericho defeat “Hangman” Adam Page to be crowned the inaugural AEW World Champion. Cody Rhodes took down Shawn Spears in their Singles Match.

AEW’s Full Gear PPV Event is set to take place on Saturday, November 9th from the Royal Farms Arena in Baltimore, Maryland. Below is the updated card for November’s AEW Full Gear PPV Event:
