CM Punk Responds To Fan Asking About AEW

CM Punk was asked by a fan if he would be part of the new AEW promotion. The fan backhandedly asked Punk if he was going to let his fan base down by not signing with All Elite Wrestling.

The former WWE Champion has been a top name fans speculated would sign with AEW. However, based on his answer, and past comments. It looks like that is not going to happen.

The idea of signing the biggest free agent in the pro wrestling business would be a great addition to a loaded AEW roster. But his age and lack of interest in wrestling again seem he will stay retired.

CM Punk made headlines in April when made his return to pro wrestling at an MKE independent wrestling event in Wisconsin. He wore a Lucha mask and did a run-in during an Ace Steel vs. Daryck St. Holmes match. He connected using his signature GTS. The fans didn’t know till after the event.
