Blood & Guts went over very well. The whole event this past Wednesday was something very special indeed, but the main event obviously stole the show. Spot after spot, the match delivered, pretty much as it always does. But for AEW‘s Chris Jericho, there was one particular moment that absolutely terrified him.
The Blackpool Combat Club (Moxley, Wheeler Yuta & Claudio Castagnoli) with Eddie Kingston and Santana and Ortiz took on the Jericho Appreciation Society.
Jericho let people know via social media that the moment when Claudio did his customary Swing on top of the cage to Chris Jericho himself no less, was the moment that scared him most…even going so far to say that it was the scariest moment of his entire career…and that’s saying something for a man who has had countless dangerous moments in pro wrestling over the years. He said:
“Insane doesn’t even come close to summing this up….. by far One of the most TERRIFYING moments of my entire career!! Even though the result wasn’t what I was hoping for, #BloodAndGuts was a WAR for the ages and completely crazy! More importantly it resulted in #AEWDynamite being the NUMBER ONE show on cable tv last night! Thanks to everybody who watched 12 gladiators kick the crap out of each other for an hour… @allelitewrestling @claudiocsro #JerichoAppreciationSociety”

The Rock finds out he has 5 siblings
Dwayne Johnson’s father, Rocky Johnson was a legendary wrestler. He passed away in 2020 at the age of 75. His life is being documented to some extent in the TV show, Young Rock, where the inner workings of the Johnson family are being revealed bit by bit…all on a fictional futuristic backdrop of course, but the stories of the past are perhaps very real.
In real life though, it seems as though a complication or perhaps even a blessing has been revealed about the Johnson family. After recent DNA tests, Johnson has discovered that his dad fathered 5 other children over the years. They are all adults at this point.
Rocky Johnson, a Canadian, wrestled extensively for the WWE and many territories throughout his career. He alongside Tony Atlas, were the first-ever African-American tag team champions in WWE (then WWF).

Rocky’s brother, Ricky, reached out to all five kids over the years, but one of the children…Lisa Purvis was the one who set up the DNA test, which of course Dwayne accepted.
As per Sports Illustrated, as according to Wrestling Inc., none of the children of Johnson blame Dwayne…I mean how could they and why would they? But there are wounds that are unlikely to heal. Purvis actually stated that it was hard to see Dwayne on TV…especially when he came to her town to film Skyscraper a few years back, he was always on the local news apparently. She said: “I only see that our dad loved him and not me.”
Another one of the children, Adrian Bowles, stated: “Dwayne has nothing to do with the decisions that his dad made…He doesn’t even know who we are.”
In the end, we can rest assured, dear readers, that Dwayne Johnson will do the right thing whatever that may be. I mean…finding news siblings…there’s so much responsibility there. He’s always taken care of his family.
He recently just purchased his cousin Tamina, who wrestles for WWE, a house and a car…something the single mom appreciated.
Heck the man buys random fans cars! He’s the new Oprah, really, and I don’t mean to sound like I’m making light; he really is generous and I’m sure he’s troubled by this. He and his dad did not have the greatest relationship sadly, but I’m sure he sees this as a blessing. Hope everything works out for him and his family.
