Joey Janela Recently Filed To Trademark The “Bad Boy” Name

Last Sunday, December 1st, one of All Elite Wrestling‘s fastest rising stars “The Bad Boy” Joey Janela approached Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, the same firm that other wrestlers have used in the past to file trademarks and successfully filed to trademark the “Bad Boy” name.

It looks like Joey Janela beat WWE to the punch as even though he has been using the “Bad Boy” name on the independent scene for quite some time now. Lana and Bobby Lashley called Rusev a “Bad Boy” at Starrcade and even on RAW.

Janela even took to Twitter not too long ago and commented on the trademark as well as the “Bad Boy” name recently being used on Rusev, which you can check out below:
