Jurassic Express On AEW’s Unrestricted, Talk Partnership, Luchasaurus Mask, More

Luchasaurus, Jungle Boy, and Marko Stunt join Tony Schiavone and Aubrey Edwards on the latest edition of the AEW Unrestricted Podcast.

Jurassic Express details things pretty quickly as Luchasaurus, Jungle Boy, and Marko Stunt tell tales about their tag team partnership and origins! Hear stories about the Young Bucks and Cody scouting at Bar Wrestling, Jungle Boy’s ring entrance on Luchasaurus’ shoulders, and the reason why Marko Stunt was last to sign with AEW.

Jungle Boy talks about his dad, the late actor Luke Perry, and training with actor David Arquette in David’s backyard wrestling ring. Marko Stunt remembers the invite he received for the Battle Royal at ALL IN in Chicago from the Young Bucks and Cody and his match against Joey Janella his first day at AEW.

He also speaks candidly about his size in the wrestling ring and proving doubters wrong. Plus, Luchasaurus shares stories from his days on “Big Brother,” how he started wearing the mask, and what inspired him to get a Ph.D. in medieval history.

JURASSIC EXPRESS QUOTES:

Jungle Boy vs. Chris Jericho

“I feel like the second I touched Chris [Jericho], I became a better wrestler. It sounds dramatic, but literally by the end of that match, my whole perspective and everything on wrestling was different.”

Marko Stunt on his AEW TV debut vs. Lucha Brothers

“That was probably the most nerve-wracking match I’ve ever had because we had to put it together so quickly and so on point because it’s the Lucha Brothers, and it’s our TV debut.”

Jungle Boy on watching Marko Stunt wrestle

“Marko is my favorite person to watch wrestle. They probably don’t have the camera on us, but we stand there on the apron, me and Luchasaurus, just smiling and laughing so hard because my favorite thing is when Marko gets hit a little bit hard, you can see his face just change.”
