Reason For The Absence Of Scorpio Sky From Dynamite Lately

One of AEW’s most agile and athletic star in Scorpio Sky has not been appearing on Dynamite in recent weeks, but he is reportedly on his way to a quick recovery. Dave Meltzer noted on a recent edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that the reason for Scorpio Sky’s absence from Dynamite is due to a torn meniscus.

This is what Dave Meltzer said:

“The reason Scorpio Sky hasn’t been around much of late is due to a torn meniscus, which he’s returning from.”

Scorpio Sky last wrestled for AEW on the January 7th episode of Dark where he beat Nick Comoroto in a Singles Match. Despite Scorpio Sky currently being out of action due to an injury, he is still set to compete in the Face of the Revolution Ladder Match at the Revolution Event, by which time he had made a full recovery.

Stars announced so far for the Face of the Revolution Ladder Match include Lance Archer, Cody Rhodes, Scorpio Sky and Penta El Zero M. AEW Revolution is set to take place on Sunday, March 7th from inside Daily’s Place in Jacksonville, Florida.
