Reason There Were So Many Angles On Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite

This past Wednesday’s episode of AEW Dynamite was the biggest and most jam-packed episode of Dynamite AEW has had to date. The show was stacked from top to bottom, with a huge brawl ensuing between Dr. Britt Baker and Thunder Rosa. The Inner Circle being involved in a heated altercation, the Dynamite Diamond Battle Royale taking place, Kenny Omega’s AEW World Title win and Sting‘s blockbuster AEW debut.

Dave Meltzer reported on a recent edition of the Wrestling Observer Radio Program that several angles took place on this past Wednesday’s Dynamite as AEW believes their “Winter Is Coming” episode will be the most-watched episode of the year without a massive or serious competition, which is why All Elite Wrestling wanted to have as many angles as possible in front of the largest number of audience.

“The idea is that they believe this is going to be the most-watched show of the year, or at least the most-watched unopposed show of the year. And because of that, they wanted to shoot as many angles as they could in front of the most number of eyes.”
