Schiavone Misses Fight For The Fallen Due To Late COVID-19 Test

It was announced at the beginning of last night’s episode of Dynamite, which was the Fight For The Fallen Special that AEW Announcer Tony Schiavone won’t be on commentary duties. He was replaced by “The Human Suplex Machine” Taz during the first half of the show and by “Le Champion” Chris Jericho during the second half of the show.

The reason for Schiavone not being able to do his commentary duties is due to his COVID-19 test results taking more time than expected to return. Which is why Tony was asked to just stay home. Commentary said that there wasn’t really anything to be concerned about and it was just done out of an abundance of caution.
