Shaq Guarantees Victory On His Debut On Tonight’s Dynamite

NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal is set to make his AEW in-ring debut during tonight’s episode of Dynamite when he teams up with Jade Cargill to face Cody Rhodes and Red Velvet in a Mixed Tag Team Match. Cody Rhodes’ wife, Brandi Rhodes, was originally scheduled to team with her husband, but since the AEW CBO is pregnant, Red Velvet will take her place.

Speaking with Dan Gelston of The Associated Press, NBA legend Shaq talked about his AEW in-ring debut and has guaranteed a victory. Shaq also said he’s not the type to back down from a challenge and even though he is not a professional wrestler, he has been in a match before and he has got a lot of moves in his arsenal.

This is what Shaq said:

“Oh, I’m winning. Guaranteed. I’m the type, I can never back down from a challenge. I’m not a professional wrestler, but I’ve been in a match before. I’ve got a lot of moves in my arsenal. When you step inside somebody’s world, you have to stick to what you’re masterful at. I’m not acrobatic. I’m not going to be jumping off the ropes. I’m coming with the power game. When I get hands-on him, I’m going to display this power. I’m the type that if I have a look and see you do it, I got it.”

Shaq was also asked about past celebrity matches and said that this one will top them all.
