Shaquille O’Neal Reportedly Wrestling Cody Rhodes In AEW

According to a recent report by The Athletic, NBA Hall of Famer and one of NBA’s greatest legends of all time, Shaquille O’Neal, recently signed a multi-year contract extension with WarnerMedia to continue his work with TNT’s Inside the NBA. A report by Pro Wrestling Sheet also indicated that Shaq’s new contract may involve him making an appearance for All Elite Wrestling and possibly face former TNT Champion “The American Nightmare” Cody.

Shaq himself even commented on possibly making an appearance for AEW and facing former TNT Champion “The American Nightmare” Cody Rhodes. Shaq said, “I’d love to fight Cody.” “Write it. Print it. Text it to him. Call AEW up and tell them.”

Cody Rhodes recently lost the TNT Title to “The Exalted One” Mr. Brodie Lee via pinfall in dominant fashion on this past Saturday night’s AEW Dynamite. Shaq is a long-time wrestling fan and has even appeared at a number of WWE events over the years and has competed in the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal at WrestleMania 32. As of this writing, neither All Elite Wrestling or Cody Rhodes has commented on Shaq possibly making an appearance for the company or even wrestling Cody.
