AEW TV RATINGS: Dynamite Finishes 2nd, 2nd Week In A Row, April 21st, 2021

Ratings for the Wednesday, April 21st, 2021 edition of AEW Dynamite were released today. According to a report by Showbuzz Daily, AEW finishing 2nd overall for the night for the second week in a row.

Dynamite drew 1,104,000 viewers down from last week’s 1,219,000 viewers. They finished 2nd overall last week. Dynamite was live this week at Daily’s Place in Jacksonville Florida. The show featured Jungle Boy vs Darby Allin for the TNT title.

On Tuesday NXT drew 841,000 viewers up from last week’s 805,000 viewers. It finished 27th overall, last week they finished 8th on its first time on Tuesday night. The show featured Kyle O’Reilly defeating Cameron Grimes.

Based on the ratings, cable news had 4 of the top 15 shows. FOX News had 3 at #10, #11 and #14. MSNBC in at #15.

MTV’s Challenge Double Agent won the night with AEW in at #2. Snowfall on FX came in at #3, Real House Wives of New Jersey on Bravo at #4, and Married At First Site on Lifetime at #5.

MLB in ESPN was the other top sports on for the night and it came in at #7.

Demographic breakdown:

Viewers 18-49 – AEW: 0.44/ NXT: 0.23
Female viewers 18-49 – AEW: 0.32
Male viewers 18-49 – AEW: 0.55
Viewers 18-34 – AEW: 0.26
Female viewers 12-34 – AEW: 0.19
Male viewers 12-34 – AEW: 0.23
Viewers 25-54 – AEW: 0.50
Viewers 50+ – AEW: 0.50
