Ratings for the Wednesday, July 22nd, 2020 addition of AEW Dynamite and WWE NXT were released Thursday. According to a report by Showbuzz Daily, AEW finishing 5th overall for the night, WWE NXT finished 35th.

AEW drew 845,000 viewers way up from last week’s 788,000 viewers. They finished 5th overall also last week. Dynamite was taped this week at Daily’s Place in Jacksonville Florida. This is the highest COVID era rating since March 18th when they scored 932,000 viewers with a (0.35) in the key demo

This episode had a buzz online because Jon Moxley was on ESPN radio hyping up the show, plus wrestlers were saying it was a can’t miss AEW Dynamite.
