Nine months removed from her departure from WWE, former NXT Women’s Champion, Mandy Rose, gives wrestling fans a glimmer of hope regarding her return to the ring. Despite busy non-wrestling engagements, the star confessed she misses the electrifying atmosphere of wrestling.
Rose’s deal with WWE ended in December 2022 over content concerns she was sharing on her FanTime page. However, there has been a lingering curiosity among fans and pundits alike, surrounding her return to the ring. For now, Rose has taken a different course, creating content for FanTime and OnlyFans—a move substantially beneficial to her from a financial viewpoint. But this does nothing to quash her yearning to, perhaps someday, return to the ring.
In a thrilling revelation a few weeks ago, Rose hinted that she’s possibly becoming a free agent soon. Fans speculated that her non-compete period may have been extended beyond the typical 90 days due to the circumstances of her WWE release.
In a recent conversation with TMZ, Rose confirmed her free agent status and discussed her openness to a ring return, only if “the right call” comes through.
Admittingly, she confessed, “Listen, I do miss performing. I miss the camaraderie, I miss that adrenaline rush for sure. I can’t sit here and say I don’t miss it. However, I am keeping myself super busy to not really have to think about it as much, but I don’t know about the future.”
Currently engaged in various ventures, Rose teased fans saying if she feels like making an appearance or returning to any wrestling federation, she’ll not decline but asserted it would have to be the “right call.”
On top of her OnlyFans page, Rose and her fiancée, former WWE NXT star Tino Sabbatelli, have recently launched their podcast.
Highlighting the ever-evolving dynamics of the wrestling business, it is worth mentioning that despite Rose’s hesitation on her return, WWE appears focused on bolstering its female roster with fresh talent, which could potentially reshape dynamics in the future.
