Morale Among WWE Employees At Company HQ Has Been Decimated

Following Endeavor’s acquisition of the WWE and WWE’s merger with UFC to form a single company called TKO Holdings Group, it was expected that several employees at company head quarters will be let go as there are departments that both UFC and WWE already have in place and it would be more cost-efficient to have those departments join into one. WWE President Nick Khan sent an internal email to all of the company’s employees and asked that they stay at their homes and work from there on Friday, so that the Human Resources department can handle the layoffs privately and Khan even called for a mandatory meeting on Tuesday.

According to, morale among WWE employees at company HQ have taken a hit and to say that it has been decimated would be an understatement as it has been a sad morning for employees returning to the offices because they have come across empty desks and know their co-workers wouldn’t be coming back. WWE will be needing a lot of heavy lifting in the coming days as several of their divisions are smaller now than they were a few days back, but many in the promotion believe that this wouldn’t have happened under the watch of Stephanie McMahon as she worked hard to build morale and to instill pride among those working for the company last year as co-CEO with Khan, though that is still hard to say.
