WWE RAW Star Moved To WWE NXT To Form A New Tag Team

WWE was airing video vignettes of Veer Mahaan for several months before he made his main roster debut on the red brand and he was booked as a strong heel with him decimating his opponents left and right. Veer Mahaan even got the opportunity to face WWE legend Rey Mysterio and his son Dominik Mysterio and he would decimate them as well. Veer would last compete on WWE TV on the August 15 episode of WWE RAW when he destroyed Beaux Keller in under two minutes and he has not been seen on television since.

Veer Mahaan was one of the talents former WWE CEO Vince McMahon was pushing as a top heel when he was in charge of creative, but shortly after Vince retired from the WWE, Mahaan was no longer featured as a top heel and he just disappeared from WWE TV altogether. Veer would make an appearance at this past Saturday’s WWE NXT Live Event in Citrus Springs, Florida when he and NXT Star Sanga formed a tag team known as Indus Sher and faced Chase U’s Andre Chase and Bodhi Hayward in Tag Team action and the team would walk out with a huge win.

It has been revealed that Veer is no longer on the main roster and has been moved to WWE NXT as WWE’s Head of Creative and Chief Content Officer Triple H has other plans for him. Veer was initially moved from WWE NXT to the main roster in 2021 as part of Jinder Mahal’s stable, but he was removed from WWE RAW last Fall to be repackaged.
