AEW’s Jake Hager Remains Undefeated With Win At Bellator 250

AEW’s Jake Hager remains undefeated with a victory over Brandon Calton at Bellator 250 last night. He wore the AEW logo on the front of his fight tights and came to the ring with an Inner Circle t-shirt.

Hager defeated former Pittsburgh Steeler Brandon Calton via split decision. Two judges scored the fight 29-28 for Hager to give him the win. This is his first fight that went past the first round. The win brings Hager’s MMA record to 3-0-1. The match went back-and-forth and both men were left bloody after the 3rd round.

Just like the last Hager fight, there was another low blow. During the previous fight, Hager was disqualified after a low blow prior warning.

Hager was not at AEW Dynamite this week in prep for this fight. The fight was part of the prelim on Bellator’s YouTube channel. The event took place at Connecticut’s Mohegan Sun Arena where Bellator has held all of their events since returning to post-pandemic action.

His win will be mentioned on next week’s AEW Dynamite like they did last time. After the previous fight, the low blow became one of Hager’s signature moves in All Elite Wrestling.
