Dustin Rhodes took to Twitter to show his followers that despite his advancing years he is in the best shape of his life. The wrestling veteran has clearly worked on his diet and exercise regime in recent years and appears to be in a good place.

Rhodes has had a run in the business that has spanned decades. Working for promotions such as WCW, WWE, TNA, and now All Elite Wrestling.

He has been with AEW from the beginning when the company launched in 2019. His duties are not just limited to wrestling, however. He is a member of the coaching staff as a promo coach and match producer. Both jobs having a significant impact on the quality of the show.

In his tweet, he states that he weighed 300 pounds in his darkest days so to see him in the place he is now is both a testament to him and can act as a good inspiration to people who are going through tough times themselves.
