Spoilers For Next Week’s Episode Of WWE SmackDown

The regime in WWE has really changed under the leadership of Paul “Triple H” Levesque as they will be giving the wrestlers, staff and crew the entire week off next week due to the holiday season and that is the reason why they taped next week’s episode of SmackDown after last Friday’s show from the Resch Center in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Below are the results from the tapings, courtesy of F4WOnline.com:

WWE United States Championship Tournament First Round Match: Santos Escobar def. The All Mighty” Bobby Lashley when Angel Garza and Humberto Carrillo interfered to help Escobar.

WWE NXT North American Championship Match: Dragon Lee def. Butch to retain his championship.

AJ Styles, “The Viper” Randy Orton and LA Knight made their way out to make their case to face Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns. A triple threat match was booked for the New Year’s Revolution episode of WWE SmackDown where the winner would face Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship at the Royal Rumble.

8-Woman Holiday Havoc Match: “The EST Of WWE” Bianca Belair, Shotzi, Zelina Vega and Michin def. Damage CTRL (WWE Women’s Champion IYO SKY, Bayley, “The Empress Of Tomorrow” Asuka and “The Pirate Princess” Kairi Sane). Isla Dawn and Alba Fyre attacked Sane in the match.

WWE United States Championship Tournament First Round Match: Kevin Owens def. Carmelo Hayes.

AJ Styles def. Solo Sikoa via DQ after Roman Reigns interfered. After the match, the Bloodline, AJ Styles, LA Knight and Randy Orton brawled.
