The Judgment Day emerged victorious from the ring. However, the real fight ensued backstage after the final bell had tolled. According to multiple sources, the disagreement was intense and stemmed from the match being labeled as “clunky,” largely due to last-minute alterations to planned elements. Interestingly, the six-man tag team match evolved from an originally planned Seth Rollins vs. Dominik Mysterio face-off, which morphed after The Judgment Day interfered during Rollins’ entrance. Owens & Zayn came to Rollins’ rescue, setting up the trios main event. Two sources indicate that the abrupt change in plans was to blame for the match’s flaws, while another source blames an unnamed talent for the controversy.
